Due to the intimate nature of our products, Naughty by Nature maintains a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers. We accept returns on unworn fashion items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of purchase, though intimate apparel and certain adult accessories are final sale.

Return Process

  Ensure your fashion items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original hygiene liners and tags attached to qualify for a return.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the dedicated return shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your items in a discreet, plain shipping box and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for hygiene compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
